  • Started adopting the ESG framework to help us track and achieve our sustainability goals.

  • Committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions by up to 30% by 2030 .

  • Changed boiler to induction energy-efficient machine.

  • Launched the Apparel EZI - Product Quality & Integrity Management System (PQIMS).

  • Kicked off a brand refresh project for our website as well as our vision, mission, and core values.

2021

  • We became the first factory in Cambodia with a hundred percent of fully vaccinated workers. With strict health safety measures in place, we did not need to halt our production process during the pandemic.

  • Acquired more Pneumatic Automation Machines for enhanced production and energy efficiency.

  • Re-structured the production process to reduce the number of iron tables but enhance their quality and efficiency.

  • Secured the registration of our associate factory in the SAC Higg Index.

  • Launched the cloud-based ERP system, CTPAT Scan and Pack.

2020

  • Implemented enhanced COVID-19 safety protocol through touchless timekeeping and body temperature recording of our HR portal, Office EZI, and by distributing our iCare masks to all employees.

  • We exhibited our resilience by adapting to the new normal with minimum disruption in our production capabilities and maintaining and sustaining our workers without doing massive layoffs.

  • Despite the shortage of shipping containers in ports around Cambodia during the pandemic, our logistics team worked above and beyond to ship out orders on time.

  • Launched our Honesty Store as part of our employee engagement projects.

  • Boosted the efficiency of our production process using Pneumatic Automation Machines (energy-saving machines).

  • Launched cloud base OfficeEzi to facilitate digitised and paperless HR and admin management functions.

  • Acquired Global Recycle Standard (GRS).

  • Launched iCare Fund & Top-up to provide financial assistance for our employees' emergencies.

2018

  • Founded iCare Community Services, specifically the iCare Learning Center which has a library with 3,500 books and a classroom for literacy classes.

  • Became a recipient of the 2018 Enterprise 50 Awards in Singapore.

2017

  • To increase its production capacity, we have relocated W Embellishment Ltd into a newer and larger facility.

  • Several achievements this year include the successful launch and implementation of our cloud-based ERP system, Apparel EZI, and acquiring several accreditations - including the GSV Certification for CTPAT Security Compliance, Global Organic Textile Standard & Organic Content Standard by Control Union, and the WRAP Gold Certificate.

  • We bagged 2nd Place in GMAC 5s Competition.

2016

  • Officially moved into our new headquarters, the I Apparel Cambodia Headquarters (IACHQ) and Product Development Centre. We were privileged to receive Singapore‚Äôs BCA Green Mark Gold Rating.

  • From this year forward, we started holding an annual business strategy meeting to align our new goals and strategies.

  • IK Apparel Co. Ltd opened its doors as a manufacturing facility. We have also onboarded several new customers.

2014

  • We began constructing the I Apparel Cambodia Headquarters (IACHQ). A new subsidiary, the W Embellishment Ltd, a facility for our printing and embroidery services, was established.

2011 - 2013

  • The I Apparel International (HK) Pte Ltd Office opened for operations. We also began constructing the manufacturing facility of I Apparel Limited (IAL), Veng Sreng Street, Phnom Penh City.

  • Our story begins with the establishment of our Hong Kong Business Development Office, I Apparel International (HK) Pte Ltd, and our first manufacturing facility in Cambodia, I Apparel Limited.
