Job Duties
- Merchandiser is responsible for order analysis to on-time shipment, executing the orders flawlessly as per the customer quality requirements and meeting our cost.
- To arrange product samples and materials for customer approval on time for production.
- Ensure order profitability, by purchasing the right material quality at the right cost and delivering on time for production.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing/Finance, or other related disciplines or Diploma or courses in Fashion or Apparel related field.
- Passionate in the apparel industry with at least 4 years of working experience in garment manufacturing and Merchandising.
- A strong communicator with excellent spoken and written English, Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word/ Excel, ERP, and other office applications.
- Strong planning & organization skills, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work under tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently in full Sourcing & Merchandising duties from product development to shipment.
- Possess strong good team player and interpersonal skills.
- Have a strong sense of urgency and immediately report with options and resolution.
- Highly motivated, self-initiated, customer-oriented, and willing to achieve objectives with a clear vision.
- Strong negotiation, and persuasive skills, capable to deal with overseas buyers/factories independently.
- Have consumption calculation knowledge To be stationed in Cambodia Headquarters Business traveling is required.
