Job Duties
- Research seasonal fashion trends in USA and Canada.
- Design and develop women’s, men’s, and kids’ casual wear.
- Prepare presentation kits for buyers’ meetings and showrooms.
- Analyze product range, collection designs, and customer shipment samples.
- Understand the brands’ market and customer base and study trends.
- Learn about fabrics, trims, yarns, and techniques for garments.
- Manage fabric, trims, and yarns in both physical and image libraries.
- Report directly to the HK R&D team head.
Requirements
- High Diploma or above in fashion design or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the fashion industry.
- Strong sense of fashion trends, new materials, and fabrics.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Immediately available candidates are preferred.
