Job Responsibility

• The Quality department Efficiency, Quality, On time in full shipment and support Profitability of the factory
• Ensure Factory rules and policies are followed 
• Ensuring manufacturing policies and procedures are followed
• Establish 7S workplace (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety, Spirit) and a safe working environment 
• Cultivating Lean thinking aims at removing wastes from work processes. The 8 wastes are Transportation, Inventory, Motion, Waiting, Overproduction, Over-processing, Defects and Employee talent utilization

Requirements

1. University Degree major in Business Administration, Marketing/Finance or other related disciplines or Diploma or courses in Fashion or Apparel related field.
2. Passionate in the apparel industry and with at least 20 years working experience in garment production manufacturing.
3. A strong communicator with excellent spoken and written English, Chinese (Mandarin) is advantage.
4. Proficiency in computer, Microsoft Word/ Excel, ERP and other office applications.
5. Strong management, planning & organization skills, able to multi-task in fast paced environment and work under tight deadlines.
6. Strong business sense, negotiation, persuasive skill, capable to deal with overseas buyers / factories independently;.
7. Highly motivated, self-initiated, customer-oriented, willing to achieve objectives with clear vision.
8. Presentable, responsible, result-oriented and a good team player and interpersonal skills.
9. Have a strong sense of urgency, immediately report with options and resolution.

12. Ability to work independently being remotely managed, self-starter and fast learner requiring minimal direction on a day to day basis.
