We are looking for a Merchandiser (Controller) with a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Fashion, or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in garment manufacturing and merchandising. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus), be proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, and possess strong planning, organizational, and negotiation skills. Must be able to work independently on all sourcing and merchandising duties, handle tight deadlines, and be based at our Cambodia Headquarters.

Job Duties
Analyze orders to ensure on-time shipment and flawless execution according to customer quality requirements while meeting cost targets.Arrange product samples and materials for customer approval in a timely manner for production.Ensure order profitability by purchasing the right material quality at the right cost and ensuring timely delivery for production.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing/Finance, Fashion, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in garment manufacturing and merchandising, with a strong passion for the apparel industry.Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, ERP systems, and other office applications.Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work under tight deadlines.Ability to work independently on all sourcing and merchandising duties from product development to shipment.Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a strong sense of urgency.Highly motivated, self-initiated, customer-oriented, with a clear vision and the ability to achieve objectives.Strong negotiation and persuasive skills, with the capability to deal with overseas buyers and factories independently.Knowledge of consumption calculation.Willing to be stationed at the Cambodia Headquarters
